Sometimes you have to take it back to the classics and make yourself something like a Dirty Martini. This one right here uses 100% New Zealand ingredients. Drink local!
Here’s how to make a NZ Dirty Martini at home.
Ingredients
- 75 ml @junogin autumn gin (or your favourite gin)
- 7.5 ml olive brine
- 7.5 ml @karvencraftdistiller dry vermouth (or your favourite vermouth)
Method
Stir all ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an olive or two.
